These products are intended for use by hobby gardeners, as well as Amateur and Professional Growers who wish to provide an accurately maintained environment for growing. The purchaser will accept full responsibility for the safe and proper use of these products.
Pricing
If prices on this website do not reflect our current retail price at anytime, you will be notified of the price difference and offered the option to accept the new price, or opt out of placing the order. We retain the right to change the prices without notice.
Ordering
Orders can be made via this website, by Telephone: 01796 482128, Fax: 01796 482111, Email at enquiries@simplycontrol.com or Post (91 Atholl Road, Pitlochry, Perthshire, PH16 5AB) by simply giving the description of the goods and quantity of items required.
Payments
Payments can be made via: cheque and postal orders made payable to Simply Control, Credit cards or UK issued Debit cards listed: Switch, Access, Visa, MasterCard, EuroCard, Delta.
Returns
Returns will be accepted provided the goods are as new and are returned to us within 14 days. Please note that the return postage is to be paid by the customer. If however, damage has occurred to the goods in transit, we would ask you to inform us immediately and return them to us as soon as possible (for which we will refund the postage) and we will either replace them or make a refund.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charge for purchases on all goods (inc VAT) up to £15.00 = £3.00, £15.01 - £25.00 = £4.95, over £25.00 = £6.95. These charges are for UK Mainland deliveries only. Please contact us if ordering from outwith the UK.
